Setting up an account

This is effecting my mental health trying to establish a seller account.
after very unclear advice i did mange to set up a Handmade artisan account only for it to be rejected and i not not provided the right documentation on myself.

It requests Driving licence SUBMITTED
One statement Phone and Bank Statement SUBMITTED
yet every time it is rejected and a generic response is generated

“We were unable to verify the documents that you provided”

Why what does this mean

i have requested a call back but that will never happen…

This is so frustrating and terrible

Did anyone else have this issue…

They are extremely unhelpful

Just resubmitted with a council tax bill also rejected

who do you contact!!! Any help would be apreciated
