Product Packaging

Hi, I have some beauty products that I am going to list but just wanted some info on packaging.

The product itself is all labeled up with barcode etc on it but I however have some product presentation packaging which is just plain with no branding on it (but you can see the brand name through a clear window on the product packaging/box)

Can I still send my product in plain packaging (just to protect the product itself really) without all branding allover the box.

Much appreciate your feedback

Assuming that you are using commingled inventory, then the barcode should be fine.
Obviously if not, then an FNSKU label.

Yes, you can send the product in with extra packaging etc.
But, the barcode/FNSKU label, must be clearly visible and able to be scanned.
So if it’s through something like translucent plastic, they will reject it.

Double check it if there is any kind of barrier over it.

But at the end of the day, I would recommend that you label on the outside of any packaging, regardless.

Thanks Neil, so if I have a blank/plain box to put each of my products in this would be acceptable then, just as long as I have a barcode on the plain box

using GS1 ean barcode, sending stock to FBA (my products all have the barcodes printed on them) just wanted to send them in plain small presentation box, just to protect the product itself Neil

As long at the outer packaging has the barcode on it. The barcode needs to be easily scannable so doing so through even clear packaging might cause issues.
