Tracking says delivered but losing A-Z claims

Anyone have reccomendations as Im getting bombarded with people claiming their items are not arriving yet delivery tracking shows delivered to the address provided by the buyer.

I keep losing A-Z claims even though I appeal profiding the tracking. Just seems amazon don’t give two sticks about the appeals by not checking the details.

Are you sending using a service that requires a signature? As annoying as it is, Amazon policy only treats tracking as proof if a Signature is obtained.

If you purchased shipping through Buy Shipping you at least shouldn’t be getting the A-Z’s adding to your order defect rate.

It’s annoying I have had exactly the same thing happen to me a few days ago, just waiting for the appeal outcome.

The problem is with these bot responses is that the system looks for certain triggers. I shipped an item used buy shipping, scanned and delivered on time etc. The issue is that the customer messaged me the day after the order to check if I had her correct details which I responded yes and confirmed. A few days after when it was delivered she put in a claim for non receipt and automatically awarded the A-Z.

The reason I think this may have happened is that the customer made a query when the item hadn’t yet been delivered and this may have triggered the A-Z without contact first, who knows? It will be interesting to see how this A-Z turns out after appeal.

These blind approvals are ridiculous and is encouraging more and more claims whilst putting off decent sellers. It is little wonder that the poor quality of stuff from China is being funneled into FBA centres, Amazon will lose ground and a grip on UK sellers as we no longer accept this sort of nonsense.
