I would like to ask, if i want to send my items to the fullfilment center with pallet, need i EUR pallet or every pallet is good?

I’m reaching out here because I’m feeling completely stuck and would appreciate any insights or advice.

Two weeks ago, my Amazon seller account was deactivated under Section 3. I immediately submitted my appeal along with all the requested invoices and documents to address the issue. However, since then, I haven’t received any response or update from Amazon regarding the status of my appeal.

This is especially frustrating because we’re now in the critical part of Q4, and my business is at a standstill. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times, but I’ve only received generic responses that don’t clarify the situation.

I’m selling on the EU market—has anyone else faced a similar issue recently? If so, were you able to get it resolved, and is there anything specific I can do to speed things up? At this point, I’m feeling quite helpless as each day goes by without resolution.

Any advice or shared experiences would be incredibly helpful. Thanks in advance!

Dear Amazon Team,

I called Amazon Health on Friday about my problem (that I cannot permanently close my account without a VAT ID via Amazon support) and the Health team member I was speaking to on the phone said he could not solve my problem and that I had to submit all the details again through "Help/Get support/Selling on Amazon/Account Health/Reactivate Your Account/Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support".

He said I could submit my case that way, but it t does not work, I get an automated email response "This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal."

Please could anyone tell me, how on earth I can reach Amazon Health properly? My account is deactivated for not having a valid VAT ID, so the normal support help options are not available. Besides, I've opened 14 cases over the last 2 years to try close my account.

I have emailed my Gewerberabmeldung (German business deregistration) to Amazon several times in past cases, but still have got no support due to an error on my account.

Its now taken two years of cases, I am unsure what to do.
