FBA shipment problem_20 units missing
Hi,
We’ve started using FBA again after a long period and only have done 3 shipments so far.
In our second one we sent 48 units of the same SKU. We sent 4 packs of 12 units each in one single box. On the 13th May the FBA centre received 48 units but on the 14th May there is an entry on the FBA Received Inventory report which says “-20” units. No further explanation.
After waiting the 14 days for inventory relocation, etc. We were not allowed to Reconcile the shipment. We contacted Seller Support and they got back to us saying that they have investigated because there was a discrepancy in the number of items and they have got to the conclusion that there were only 28 units. No more options to investigate or refund us.
This is the first time ever we have had this problem with FBA and it is obvious there must have been a mistake. Anyone had the same experience? We don’t know what else we can do to sort out the problem? We are 100% sure correct quantities were sent and obviously we are not happy at all with this situation, 20 units missing is a lot !!

You can always escalate to the MD.
However, think about the way things have actually been packed.
Is it possible that when receiving, they though a pack of 4 for instance, was a pack of 1 etc?
If that is possible, you might want to consider firstly getting them to physically check the units before any go out, then maybe get them sent back, so you are able to check yourself.
But a lot of the time, you will find that units will appear further down the line.
