Why does amazon support not respond and just ignore my request?
I have been trying to update my business information - identity information and have tried creating cases and getting help but I don't get a response.
Didnt do anything wrong but I need to fix my UK account to get my USA account back in good standing? Is there a contact number maybe

Ive had my account since 2020 and sold in the USA without any issues for years.
I applied to sell in the UK as an individual who lives in the USA. It let me but after I submitted my information I was told that I could not sell in the UK as an individual. So my account got deactivated in the Uk and then in the USA. The USA account only got deactivated because of the UK account. So I created a company/llc and now have all the info to provide but when I do they just ignore my messages and don't reply.

Those 2 tags will not be seen by anyone from Amazon, you need to tag in forum moderators.
In UK the Individual Seller Account is ONLY for selling off your own personal second-hand items, not New goods,, though you can be on the individual selling plan.
