printing labels generating a pdf not sending to printer

I have always been able to print to my Thermal or regular Label printer from Seller Central Shipping Dashboard while preparing FBA Shipments but yesterday it would no longer let me select the printer but automatically generated a pdf. Can anyone tell me why this is happening or how to fix it?

My guess would be that your setting for "default printer" has changed on your computer. You would change that in your Settings.

Also, are you able to print other things to the thermal (which could include the .pdf)? Are you sure that it is functioning properly?
