Dietary Supplement Products Inactive & No way to fix
Hi,
I'm having a nightmare trying to list some mushroom based supplements on Amazon and the help desk has been no use so far. I've submitted relevant compliance docs and listed all ingredients and safety information etc, but my listing is still inactive.
Amazon says I need to apply to sell, but when I follow the link to submit application, I get the below message.
Is it true that Amazon is not accepting new listings of any supplements?!
ASIN for my product is ASIN B0F1HT222B
"We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"

Condition guidelines -> Unacceptable and prohibited items -> Item is prohibited for sale on Amazon.co.uk -> Category, Product, and Content Restrictions.
