Hi everyone,

I’m dealing with an issue where it seems pretty much all units from my recent FBA shipment were marked as "defective" and put in unfulfillable status. I’ve been working with this supplier for a while with no problems, so I’m surprised by this.

I’ve asked my supplier to confirm everything was packaged properly, but I’m also wondering if Amazon may have made an error. Has anyone had their products incorrectly marked as defective? Any tips on how to resolve this quickly? I asked amazon and they said I have to wait another 10 days until I can ask them to investigate this shipment but the shipment is in 'closed' status so not sure what is going to change between now and then. I want this issue sorted asap so i do not run out of stock

My shipment shows as delivered to LBA8 1 week ago but not yet checked in... i am now out of stock and need this to be available asap. I understand it can take a day or so to check in shipment but this this to be taking longer than usual which is worrying. Anyone experienced this of lately?

First and foremost, I understand that shipments/logistics can vary drastically, so this is just trying to understand if there are delays that anyone else is experiencing.

My LCL shipment was collected on the 15th May (2x pallets, 2 different shipment IDs)

Pallet A is heading to LBA4

Pallet B is heading to BHX4

Pallet A showed 'In Transit' and then 'Checked In' by 18th May

Pallet B is stuck on 'Collected' status

Is BHX4 currently severely behind checking stuff in by any chance?
