I use FBA Amazon to sell my item. After Amazon chenge inventory appeared the same product but with a different number, additionally. When I click "send inventory" I have two products with the same ASIN number but different SKU number and different quantities to be sent.
Seller support can't explain it in a way that makes sense to me. Can someone advise?

Maybe the ASIN was duplicated at some point and it's something that wasn't displayed in the old inventory screen.
If it's the same item, double-check which is the correct SKU and FNSKU and then delete the other one. By correct SKU, I mean the same SKU and FNSKU that you have used up to now.
