Sony PS2 Slimline Console (Black) (PS2) B00023HUMG Suspected IP Violation nightmare
I received a suspected IP violation for the ASIN B00023HUMG and I need to address the issues by 14th April.
The reason is 'Trademark Logo Misuse Playstation'
When I go to submit an appeal, I am informed I need to make sure the correct brand name or images must be used before submitting my appeal.
When I look at the product page the only error I can see is the brand name which should be Playstation.
When I have gone to update the brand name I have received error 5995 and been informed to contact Seller Support
I have contacted Seller support and been forwarded to Brand Registry Support.
I have submitted photos of the product box which were unfortunately rejected due to being 'altered' and so I have submitted another photo of the packaged product.
Concerned for account health, I spoke to the account health team and was told this was not a matter of the brand name on the page, but was due to logo misuse.
The only logos on the page are the logos visible on the product images themselves, which are entirely accurate.
This being a popular legacy product I can only imagine other sellers may too be in the same boat.
What's the best approach here? It seems submitting photos which do not feature the 'suspected' logo might be a challenge but if necessary may be my only solution

the fact the brand on the listing is Diestord the issue is likely to be this ASIN is not linked to an official Sony GTIN and is in fact a duplicate fake listing.
Unfortunately you need to find the correct listing for this product on Amazon, and probably take the policy violation here.

I'm positive this is an accurate listing which has been in use for years with the accurate brand name of Playstation. The EAN from the boxed product points here and Amazon themselves have sales history on this going back many years. My suspicion is that somehow the Brand name was changed to Diestord in recent history, then this has triggered the Playstation Logo IP dispute. I am trying and so far failing to have Amazon change the Brand Name back to Playstation as it used to be and hope that if I can before the deadline, the suspected IP complaint for the logo will drop off.
This is just cruel and I keep getting passed from pillar to post, i'm not getting any resolution quickly all while the facing the imminent threat of a totally undeserved violation in spite of all my efforts to resolve it.
I'm desperate for this to be resolved. It can't just be me affected by this, where is the help and support?!

I've seen 1,000s of retro video games, consoles etc removed over the years for reasons like this. Remember every single microsoft branded game, console and accessory being removed for a few months a few years ago?

This still hasn't been resolved. I'm banging my head against a brick wall while the silly suspected IP violation deadline looms.

UPDATE:
I've got absolutely nowhere.
I have tried again and again explaining in as clear a terms as possible in both text and images that this is all in error.
When I go to 'submit new information' on the Suspected IP Violation the case ID reads in the last message from Amazon that 'reopening the case again and again will affect your account health and the result outcome remains same' and so, pursuing this any further through seller support now seems out of the question.
