Products listed as ineligible when I try to place ads

I’m a new seller on AmazonUK for about two weeks.
When I try to advertise, all of my products are listed as ineligible.
I’ve sent emails again and again and get no response.
Any suggestions?

I believe that you need to have the BuyBox in order to be able to advertise.
