My listings are inactive. Not a professional account. I want to check book by book my entire inventory and add the quantity for sale only after locating and ascertaining their condition. can I download inventory report and zero out quantity without removing the listing if I NOW upgrade to professional account?
Will upgrading to professional account allow me to download an inventory report given that this inventory has been INACTIVE for 5 months and may need to remain inactive for some time?

The short answer is - yes. Once you upgrade to a Professional selling plan, you will have access to Inventory Reports. One of the reports you can use is the Inactive Listings report, which provides a snapshot of all products that are inactive. This includes listings that have zero (0) quantity, listings that are blocked, listings that are suppressed, listings that are not yet opened, and listings that are past their sale end date.
