Amazon restricting sales after account reinstatement

Hi, we’ve recently come out of a 6 week suspension after submitting a successful POA which basically involved us deleting our entire inventory and sourcing new products.

About 5 days ago we began to list these new products, now I know people will go on about sales rank and the like, but I think theres something more sinister going on with our account.

Call it coincidence, but the past 5 days we’ve had a few sales, all between the hours of 9PM and 12AM. Which has led me to believe that Amazon is “Throttling” our shop. If this due to being in the dog house and having to “Prove” ourselves again to Amazon after a suspension then fair enough.

However, I think it also gives credence to the theory there is a magical On/Off switch that Amazon can flick whenever they please.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar? How long did it take for your account to recover?
