Fraudulent buyer - multiple granted A-Z
So, a bit of a problem.
On beginning of July one buyer has placed 4 orders.
Same buyer name and billing address for all 4 orders.
Different recipient, different shipping addresses for all 4 orders.
Currently, this buyer has opened 3 A-Z cases for “Item Not received”.
All orders have been sent out as tracked, all orders has been delivered, within the estimated delivery time.
Regrettably, such actions of a fraudulent customer has put my account flagged, due to a low volume of orders within UK marketplace.
All appeals sent for A-Z cases have been denied, funds returned to buyer, and dinged my account quite a lot.
Last case, I had used the template Amazon themselves have provided in the A-Z notification e-mail, which they have rejected as “not provided sufficient proof of delivery”.
How to deal with such customer, or whom can I contact within Amazon, to report such fraudulent behaviour, or get back any response.

The fact that Amazon seem to be ignoring proof of delivery on most if not all A-Z claims recently, is being ignored by Amazon support, teh A-Z team and I’m sad to say also forum mods.
It seems the A-Z “issue” is a hot potato that Amazon staff have been warned to not touch.
It seems the only way would be to send a letter to Amazon with all the data.

Presumably a drop shipper if posting to different names and addresses? It seems to take multiple claims before Amazon block buyers accounts for this blatant behaviour. They’ve waited two months though before opening claims, usually they’re quicker than this. If it is a drop shipper you may be able to search where they’re listing.
