Customer Misread the EXP date with the MFG date and Aamzon want to remove it from listing

I had a problem with a customer that misread the expiration date with the MFG date, and made a complain to Amazon about it. Even though I screen shot a picture of the conversation I had with the customer, explaining the difference of the EXP date and the MFG date. I showed proof to Amazon that the product expire date is not expire yet, not for another 2 years. that i am not selling or sending expire products to customers. And Amazon still wants to remove my product from the listing it doesn’t make sense to me.

Contact support, explain your issue.

If nothing else works, delete the product and move forward. Just be happy your account is still active honestly.

Typically, when it comes to accepting conversations, the buyer will need to have acknowledged and confirmed their understanding was in error and that the item is not expired. Does your conversation outline this?

What other information was provided when you disputed this? When disputing an expired product complaint we can accept different types of documentation. As an example do you have any sourcing documentation that shows you purchased this product under the specified lot number to show proof the products were not expired?

Additionally, I would suggest reviewing the expiration dates on seller-fulfilled products help page. This provides information on both the expiration dates and labeling requirements. How are you ensure compliance with this policy?
