IP Complaint Received
Hi,
I have received a second IP complaint and my account is at risk of deactivation. by brand but the problem is they not the actual owner (its been rebranded as sometimes happens on Amazon).
I want to remove it the owner of trade mark is not responding what should I do.
Should I take the responsibility or appeal for it?
If I take the responsibility what will be the outcome will my account still be at risk of deactivation?

When you list on amazon you should be taking the barcode number that’s on the product and entering it in Catalogue - Add a product
If your item comes up, and the title, brand and description etc match , you list yours on the asin
Did you do that ?
Or did you just search for the title and pictures on the buyer page ?
Unfortunately as your product was incorrectly listed, you will only be able to get the violation removed if the brand owner retracts their complaint - which unfortunately is highly unlikely
