Read onlyWe are a selling partner of a global brand in Hair Products. A customer messaged us to ask how she would know if a product purchased online was counterfecit, we obliged by describing the unique security markings. A hew days later our listing was blocked due to inauthenticity, no complaint was ever made.
That should not be a problem, we have all the manufacturer invoices, appeal made and subesquently denied. I have since made 5 appeals and each time I get a generic response saying they don't have enough information, but can't tell me why due to privacy. Their account speialists are stumped and advise us to submit another appeal. I have messaged the UK MD and get nowehere with that.
Amazon have a culture of negativity to it's sellers and we feel disadvantaged at every turn.
Hey,
Silly question but have you double checked the initial notification from Amazon. You would presume in such an instance they would want a Letter of Authority and/or Invoices, but they may have asked for a Plan of Action, or something different from what you are submitting.
Worth a check.
Hello @Seller_07InCUKjXk5oG,
I'm Sarah with Amazon.
Could you please share the Case ID so I can take a look?
Kind regards,
