We received buyer feedback on an order that was cancelled. The feedback was negative, but the order was cancelled by us weeks ago when we noticed it was never scanned in by USPS. How can a customer leave negative feedback about being out $$ when it was refunded in full weeks ago? Obviously since they were refunded so the review is a lie. Our case ID is ID 15987438801.
The customers feedback says "I haven’t got me jeans yet and they were ordered a month ago. Status says package is lost. I don’t want to be out of $72." The customer is not out anything since it was refunded in full last month. Order ID: # 112-0808120-7741030
