Hi. I would like to get some advice from someone who has similar/same experience.
My company has subscribe Amazon VAT service and has gotten VAT number in UK and France.
Tax argent is Taxually.
Our company submitted unsubscribe to Amazon.co.uk in March/2024.
Then, Amazon kept saying "please wait for contact from Amazon" and Taxually kept saying "we are waiting for confirmation of deregistration from Amazon."
I contact both of them by sending a lot of messages.
Then, Taxually asked to pay fee for deregistration 2 countries(UK and France) and I paid in May/2024.
Only France VAT was deregistered soon but UK one is still kept. Both of them do nothing for that.
It is already July. the situation is the same.
I would like to have advice how long it takes to be done deregistration of VAT procedure?
I am so in trouble and can't deregister my VAT number in UK for a long time and Amazon keeps charges as Amazon VAT service even they don't do anything my unsubscribe VAT service.
