Pre Paid Return Labels

Are seller charged the label cost of £3.35 regardless of whether the item is returned or not? For example if a buyer changes their mind after initiating a return, are we subsequently charged?

You’re not supposed to be, no. The charge comes when the label is scanned by either RM or Hermes.
