Help! Help! Price error
We mistakenly listed the wrong price for a product, which led to many buyers purchasing our product. However, since the price was extremely low, we could only process refunds and were unable to fulfill the orders. Before issuing the refunds and canceling the orders, we sent a message to inform the buyers. Nevertheless, many buyers still left negative reviews, which has significantly impacted our account. Does anyone have a similar experience? How did you resolve this issue? Thank you very much.

What kind of solution do you think about? What kind of solution would help you?
The money is gone, your cancellation rate took a unhealthy hit, you contacted Amazon's customers which is not allowed and put your account at risk of deactivation. I think you can be happy if your account will not be suspended. Eat the loss, learn from it, don't do it again and continue. Don't ask more.

There is no resolution other than canceling the orders.
However
You cannot refund an order unless you have confirmed it. Confirming an order you will not be shipping is fraud. But it sounds like you did not confirm.
When you must cancel an order you should FIRST message the buyer with an explanation and apology. That explanation should include language to the effect of "If you see what appear to be a charge for this order, that is just the hold placed by Amazon. That hold will disappear after a few days."
This may prevent some of the negative feedback -- at least the negative feedback based on buyer belief they have been charged for a canceled order.
