A Buyer is telling me that he has received the wrong item and want to return it
I have no problem returning and refunding the item but he says he has already sent it back to me. I haven’t provided him a return label yet and he has returned it on his own. Also he has not initiated a return, i just got a message in inbox that a buyer want return/refund. I am unable to find any return request in manage returns tab.

Then you just need to wait for it to arrive back then go to refund and select customer return. As the customer hasn’t used the correct return method he’s put himself at a disadvantage as Amazon won’t know the item has been returned it relies on you confirming this and refunding him… If the item doesn’t arrive and he messages you asking why he hasn’t got a refund simply state it hasn’t arrived and ask him to provide tracking information showing otherwise.
