FBA Listing marked as out of stock when there are available quatities
Hi
I uploaded my products on Amazon,BE which is a new marketplace but unfortunately after I did this my products became out of stock in all the marketplaces eventho they are available quantities in FBA and therefore get no sales!!
I contacted Amazon by phone and they have advised me that they are forwarding the case to an internal team to investigate what has happened in the meantime I am waiting and not getting any sales.
Can anyone please advise me what to do?
Thanks
Jason

Yes EFN is enabled in my account
I have just figured out that my products have gone to stranded inventory in the Belgium Market
The issue is that they have all received a new asin eventho they were listed with the same SKU that was used for the other 7 market places
Now Amaozn are telling me that the correct Asin for my SKU is the one that was created in the Belgium Market Place and I need to delete the products in all the other 7 market places and relist the SKU with the new Asin that was created in the Belgium Market Place
I am confused and upset!

I’m pretty sure EFN is not available for Belgium.

We use the Pan European program , need to be VAT registered in 2 countries at least, our goods go to Amazon Germany and they then distribute stocks to the relavent countries from there, I have a good contact at Amazon for Pan European if that helps.
It is a bit of a minefield, we are VAT registered in 5 countries and sell in 9, the additional 4 are handled by Germany it seems.

I dont think the issue is EFN the issue is that Amazon created new asin in the Belgium Market Place for the same SKU that are listed in the other 7 marketplaces that have a different asin

All our products that are in stock on PAN EU FBA (stock that is stored in Europe) is showing available in Belgium.
Product that is in stock in UK FBA but not in stock PAN EU is showing out of stock in Belgium and Netherlands.
The only way to use FBA for BE and NL is PAN EU.

Hi Aroha,
we are VAT registered in 5 countries and our stocks are held primarily in Germany and Poland, we are not VAT registerd in CZ, have copied below the info from our Amazon account manager Jens-Paulie, does state 2 only and we did start sending once we had registered the other three followed shortly afterwards, have been sending stocks for quite some months now.
Pan-European FBA
• The Pan-European program allows you choose where to store your inventory within the EU (Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Poland and/or Czech Republic). The more countries you chose to hold stock the greater the advantages.
• You need to have active listings in Germany, France, Spain and Italy of all your FBA eligible products.
• You also need to have at least two VAT numbers out of DE, FR, IT, ES and PL.
• Then you need to send your inventory to one EU fulfilment center where you have a VAT number and inventory placement enabled, we have a few logistical small-parcel solutions integrated within seller central which allows you to do this.
• Amazon will distribute and store your inventory in the countries where you are VAT registered, according to customer demand at no additional cost.

HI All - Are some getting confused between Pan-European and the new EFN. I know I am.
EFN as I read is Fulfilment from UK but Amazon do all the VAT so you don’t have to register for VAT in each country. Hence perhaps the increased costs
Thus far (after a week) I haven’t got a single listing up as EFN because virtually all listings say I have to apply to seller central to list in Germany, but the link doesn’t work, have had a case open for 4 days
Also many listings return ‘Listing Hidden in Italy’ or ‘Listing Hidden in Germany’ etc. I have no idea why or how to resolve.
I do know that for EFN is says you have to have at least 4 offers (countries) not sure if that is UK + 3 or all 4 of the EFN countries Germany Italy France Spain
There is a webinar today Thursday at 11 - I am hoping it may answer all my questions.

Is the product your own product, or is it someone else’s branded/a generic item?
I’m wondering if maybe there was already an ASIN set up for it in Belgium beforehand and it just hadn’t been flagged as a duplicate. If so, when you listed yours for sale in Belgium, maybe it recognised the product as that ASIN from the Product ID code causing the system to get confused.
