Has anyone actually taken legal action against Amazon
Hi all, I’m sick to death of Amazon making wrongful policy warnings that effect my business and refuse even when shown clearly to be wrong, to correct the matter.
Today they have refunded a customer claiming non delivery, although the tracking has a signature 2 weeks ago! in the name of the customer! and they are refusing to refund me!
Does anyone else think that Amazon need to be held accountable more to us, the sellers! maybe taking them to court to reverse their actions is the only way?
thoughts?

Do a search of the forums. Yes, people have done.
But generally it’s a last case thing and then you are no longer able to use the platform.
So if your thinking along those lines, then you need to allow for that.

Write to the MD team and they will refund you, provide the proof you have.
Easy to say, hard to do, but do not take it personally, this is what it is selling on Amazon, Amazon do not need to be concerned with say 10,000 sellers, especially when the same sellers are racing to the bottom for lowest POR, compared to the MILLIONS of customers around the world, growing on a daily basis.
If you bow out as a seller, another 50 will come along.
Yes it is heartbreaking, the constant worries etc. But if you change your thinking model to the Amazon expected business model, it will make life easier. Spend time learning the T&Cs,fight your corner with SS, get them to give the refunds instead of from your funds.
Taking court action to reverse a decision is not needed. Contact the MD team, in a polite way, stating only facts, short email. and they will refund you back
