We sell children's backpacks, and some of our products have been assigned to the wrong category on the Amazon DE marketplace.

We previously contacted support to request a category change from 14494980031 Dinosaurier & prähistorische to 190787011 Kinderrucksäcke. However, we received the following response: "Based on the product detail page and how Amazon customers are finding products through search and browse, the product has been assigned to the current category." The ID of our previous cases are 10378746552, 10378650672.

Despite this response, the category in which our products are currently listed is incorrect. We sell children's backpacks, and the appropriate category should be 190787011 Kinderrucksäcke.

Perhaps someone else has encountered and resolved a similar issue. Please help us resolve this, it is important for us, given that it affects the visibility of our products to customers.
