I want to apply for GTIN exemption

I wanted to start selling printed t-shirt on Amazon by linking it with a POD platform known as printify but as it does not have any gtin no. I want to request for GTIN exemption so that I can list my products and start selling it on Amazon as it is a important requirement to fulfill the process of linking my store.
