Amazon misidentify us as brand owners for a brand we have nothing to do with
All cases are resolved with amazon support asking to enroll the brand and request administrator role, and then remove ourselves.
We cannot do that, we are not the trademark owners, we have no ties to the brand, we are not the manufacturer or distributor.
Amazon resolve our cases saying there is no other path to remove the administrator role for the brand from our account.
Can someone with authorization to remove the brand from our account can please step in?
We involved the brand CEO after amazon asked us to, they think I am a crazy and sent me a real life image of their registered USPTO TM.
When showing it to amazon together with an email from the brand CEO, they repeat the same answer.

You are typing in broken English and you are not mentioning many important details.
I am struggling to understand the issue.
If you wish to involve a moderator, they need basic information as well. I suggest you post the case ID of the case where Amazon asked you to involve the CEO so the moderator can look at it.

Hello @Seller_vBP6S4BX0PuWA,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can take a look at what is going on. Thanks for providing the case ID and I see that as of 12 hours ago, that is currently being investigated.
I am not seeing your MCID as connected to the brand listed in the case ID you provided. Is there something specific you are trying to accomplish, but are blocked by this?
In a case from October, I do see the verbiage that mentioned the other Brand "B...L...," but throughout the rest of that case they are referring to brand "C..." (I am redacting the actual brand names because this is a public forum) so there is a chance this was just a mistake by the support rep, but I would like to verify that potentially by working backwards from whatever you are being blocked from doing.
Looking forward to assisting wherever I can.
Best, Dougal
