Shipped products to UPS but deleted shipments from seller central accidently
Hi,
Yesterday, we created shipments using “Amazon UPS Services.” After some time, we sent the shipments to UPS and mistakenly “deleted” the shipments from our Amazon Seller Central. Now UPS has our shipments, but we cannot track them, nor are they being sent to the Amazon warehouse. Please help us out; our stock is now hanging in the balance.

if you completed the shipment they should still be there and show the tracking details
best case scenario, amazon receive your stock and you get a telling off
worse case, they loose them and you have no proof you sent them
