Reconciling charges to invoices

Not a straight forward thing to do but you can get apps to put this through for you. You can also go into your payments and do a date range report.

All invoices are available in your tax document library but again not easy to reconcile depending on how many facilities and services you have, which are monthly Amazon fees, advertising, shipping of which some transactions are vatable and non vatable.

Remember you receive disbursements in most cases every 2 weeks but some items are charged monthly , weekly, bi weekly and annually not to mention retained funds, carry overs.
