Being told to remove my trademark from my branded products

Hi, today I have a number of products ‘suppressed’ as they have my brand logo in the photos. The brand logo is embossed into the product at the factory. I am brand registered with Amazon and hold the trademarks etc for my brand. My products are made by me and are branded as our products.

I’ve been trying to get this resolved through seller central and also raised it with Amazon Brand
Registery and all I keep getting is a request to remove my branding from my own products.

is anyone else getting this?

Any ideas how to resolve it. By the way, I have around 400 branded products selling all on EU/UK Amazon markets.
