Listing after i have got my GTIN exemption

I recently got a GTIN exemption for the brand BABYEE which im going to be selling baby toys.

now when i fill in all my information about the product it says “An error occurred when we tried to process your request. We apologise for the inconvenience” AND fix error which is “UNIT COUNT UNIT”. am typing the value in unit count unit and it says underneath ‘‘The value in this field is required’’ even though i have put the value in. Sometimes amazon accepts the value but still proceeds to give me the… ''An error occured when we tried to process your request we apologise for the inconvenience please try again at a later time.

I’m so confused and stuck on what to do its been 2 days and i cant seem to get anywhere with it.

I have tried getting a new exemption for ‘Generic’ under ‘Toys and games’ to sell my toys and this doesn’t work either it says generic isn’t available so i am now stuck.

PLEASE HELP
