Buyer wants to return item but did not file return item

buyer wants to return item and wants pre-paid label, I replied by asking him to go to return item and my address and return label will be authorise, but buyer did not do that he wants to return the shoes and after 2 days … amazon refunded him…
not even returning the item. I’m a new seller so I don’t know much and I tried finding ways to contact Amazon but unsuccessful…
