feedback removal
Hello!
I recently submitted a piece of feedback regarding a bed frame, which reads as follows:
“What a hunk of junk this bed frame is. Poor construction, completely misrepresented description, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”
According to Amazon’s policies, this feedback is entirely a product review and not a comment on the seller’s service. As per Amazon’s guidelines, such content should be categorized as a product review rather than seller feedback. Therefore, I believe this feedback does not comply with the seller feedback policy and should be removed.
I have attempted multiple times to request its removal through the proper channels but have not received a resolution. I kindly ask that you review this feedback again and remove it in accordance with Amazon’s relevant policies.
