Seller Performance not reviewing my appeal
Hi everyone,
I have submitted my latest appeal to Seller Performance after being validated by Account Health support a few days ago. After some time waiting for an answer I called Account Health support and they told me that Seller Performance WILL NOT REVIEW MY APPEAL. The reason why is because “I have submitted too many invalid appeals in the past”.
I would like to mention that I didn’t sell any product on the account that got deactivated. The issue was that I listed a product by mistake. I tried to explain that I was new in Amazon and I was just learning, admitted my mistake and deleted the listing as soon as I was notified. However, they kept on asking for invoices of that product. A product that I’ve never sourced, therefore I couldn’t submit those invoices.
Eventually, after several chats with Account Health Support we agreed on the right action plan to proof Seller Performance I was doing things right.
However, my surprise was that Seller Performance did not want to review my appeal and therefore my account is deactivated.
I would like to ask for advise on how to move forward here. How is it possible that Seller Performance can just get away saying they will not review an appeal that has been validated by Account Health Support?
Any advise would be welcome.
Thank you and kind regards,
I.M.

Hi the person you spoke yo on chat has likely either just wanted you off chat or not read the case.
Once a couple failed attempts pass and you get told no more chances like above it really is the case there is no chance in selling on amazon again

Over the years I’ve worked with a few different companies selling on Amazon and all have at one time or another been suspended.
My own account included years ago.
Every time the first appeal gets turned down…
The second time I change the appeal and still get turned down.
Sometimes I’ve been 100% right giving seller performance the correct information but not still turned down.
If after multiple attempts (sometimes more than 6) I’m getting nowhere I eventually change track and just go ’ ok Amazon’ you want to hear I’m wrong, and your right!.. so I write an appeal that basically says I made a mistake doing whatever got the account suspended.
I delete 30% of my listings make changes to about 30% and list about 30% new listings…
I then triple check every listing for detail… brand names, pictures… anything that doesn’t match… Then submit my new appeal with some recent invoices showing my supply chain or in the case of customer issues, I might show tracking numbers etc.
2 weeks later unsuspended…
