47 novelty license plates products DELETED for a mis-reading of Amazon policy 😭
What can be done? My livelihood is being systematically deleted. Every morning I wake up to more of my personalized products being deleted.
My business is tanking and Amazon seller support will not do anything about it.
When I open a support case, first they say my products are "a smoked license plate cover, frame or spray." Which they are obviously NOT.
Then they say, "license plates can only be sold by state issued agencies" which is NOT true!
I have submitted documentation and state laws showing that there are 21 US states that do not require front registration plates from the government and it is legal to put a novelty/personalized license plate on the front......
It is like talking to a deaf person who only knows how to give one answer.... A vague sorry, you can't do that because >>>>insert rotating copy and paste reason.<<<<<

@Seller_qetoLPPaIQvtpWe are having the same issue, hopefully this can be fixed for everyone! I have been reading the forums and if you type in "novelty license plates" you can see there are many sellers having this same issue.

Have you looked at those that got a mod's response? You can single them out on the left my clicking "Amazon responded"

Apologies for the delayed response. I took a look at a few of your cases and saw your most recent CASE ID 18118980081 is showing 34 ASINs getting reinstated as of July 20th, 2025 which is great news.
- How are your appeals going for the other 34? Do you have more CASE IDs for them?
- Have you by chance provided additional evidence that shows the specific nature of the product which could include manuals, schematics, photos, or a video recording showing your product does not violate policy by being a license plate or a vehicle registration sticker that should only be distributed by local, state, or federal government agencies?
