Account Status: Information provided
My account status says ‘information provided.’ Everything else seems fine. I got an email from amazon to say I could start listing items immediately. That’s the second one I’ve received.
However when I try to list it says unable to list.
I’m assuming my account is not yet verified, but it does not say that anywhere and the email says I can list. Created account a week ago and provided all necessary info including an instant video call with an agent to approve ID.
Clear as mud!
Thanks folks any advice / opinion welcome.

When it says ‘Information provided’ it means just that, but not all has been fully verified yet.
As I recall from previous posts, you are a limited company so Amazon will need to check all of that out too, and can take time.

“information provided” is how it shows prior to them doing KYC checks, at which point it updates to “valid”. KYC happens at around 15k in sales. It has nothing to do with whether you can list / sell.
Accounts still being verified usually have a message to say so in account info at the top of the screen.
Are you getting an error or something? Are you able to post an image?

update:
I can now start to list an item. so progress i guess.
however, when it comes to brand, i put in the manufacturer brand and as i was nearly finished the listing it said i cannot sell that brand unless i apply for the brand. Yet, I can easily see other sellers selling the exact same item under their particular seller account. Some of those sellers have put the brand as their own unique brand name, even though their pics show it is the same brand as the stock i bought with the same EAN and gift tag attached to the item.
jeeeeeez… frustrating +++++++
