Hello. Basically a customer complained about some pants he received and said they were a counterfeit product!!! To prove that the product is original, I had to upload the invoice from the company where I bought the product. So I did, I sent the invoice but I always get the same answer, they say there is not enough information, the problem is that I send an email to amazon and they don’t say what information is missing!! So my amazon seller account is deactivated, why?? I don’t know!! What I do know is that because of that, I can’t request a call from amazon, if I send an email they reply that the case is closed and they don’t say anything else!! Basically I can’t get in touch with amazon because the account is disabled!! The invoice has all the data from the company where I bought the products, all the data they ask for, but every time I upload the only answer they give me is that it doesn’t have enough information. I’m really worried about this situation!!!
the invoice needs to show the items you bought with a clear description
needs to be a full invoice - not pro forma
needs to have your ltd company details as they are registered on amazon
needs your suppliers name, address, tel number and most importantly, their website address
they need to be trade only too
