Hello, I got this notification for May 2023.

the country of establishment of your business does not match with your registered business address.

I looked up the relevant discussion and found that the issue might be VAT related.

What documents should I submit? Please let me know.

Seller verification was conducted,

I heard that there was an unpaid payment in Performance notification, so I even completed the payment.

It's September 2nd.

I received a notification on September 6th that it is still under review and it has not progressed since then.

Now I have a technical issue and I'm getting a notification to try again in 15 minutes..

I don't know what to do.

As you are going through a few verification processes, such as VAT, KYC, etc., there might be some confusion regarding which request is from which Team.

I got a response from the account verification Team. They informed me that they requested from you additional documents, but it was not done yet.

Please open your Performance Notification that you received on 13 August 2024 called [Action Required] Information needed for your Selling on Amazon payment account and follow the instruction form there.

Let me know if you have any blockers uploading the documents. If the system does not allow you to do it, please create the case where you upload all information and share the case ID with me here so I can pass it to the correct Team.

However, for Seller verification, I have already completed the submission of the document, and I cannot modify anything on the Seller verification screen.

My screen is like this. "We are validating your information."

Thank you for the screenshot and this information. Let me come back to the verification Team to understand it.

Regarding the notification from the 6th of September, I believe it's connected with another verification connected with VAT and has nothing to do with account verification that we discuss right now. I know it can be confusing.

I will let you know once I get a response.
