Selling overseas via Freight Forwarder

Hi there, I am a small private marketplace seller. I stopped all overseas sales due to postage prices and customs issues around Brexit. I have now received an order from overseas via a Freight Forwarder. I am always wary of posting to commercial addresses as things have gone missing in the past, but my concern this time is with import duty and who is responsible. Has anyone had a similar issue ? Thanks

Providing you ship to the address provided (I presume it is a UK address) then your job is done. Any additional fees or costs are up to the recipient.

We have these on both amazon and our own websites. Never really had an issue with them. Had one years ago where the freight forwarder was only open for a few hours a day so the courier struggled but eventually sorted.

Wouldn’t worry.
