Amazon Buy Shipping Labels - how to change layout orientation for Zebra GK420d

In preparation for having to use Amazon Buy Shipping for my letters, I tested one today using my Zebra GK420d and the label is printing in portrait, missing off half the barcode and Royal Mail logo.

I then used my Epson printer with a piece of A4 paper, and it printed the entire label correctly.

I have both Amazon Print Connect installed as well QZ Tray 2.2.2+1

Does anyone know how to change the orientation for the Zebra GK420d, when using Amazon Buy Shipping?

If you go into the printer settings you can change the page size in there, you have to put it in as measurement in cm or mm

I found the setting in ‘Printing preferences’ and changed it from portrait to landscape.

The label now prints perfectly.
