Read onlyI permanently closed my accounts in ALL marketplaces and still got charged. This has been going on for a year almost. At first I downgraded to a individual plan..nope..still eventually got charged for a pro plan. Spoke to someone..said they would look into it and i would get a refund ...nope..nobody reached out..no refund. Finally permanently closed my account in North America and just did Europe too, which in ever used..but wanted to permanently close that to make sure i never get charged again...nope...got charged again. We are all slaves to Amazon ..and they have stole money from me for a service i do not use anymore. I can't issue a case number for the millionth time anymore because my accounts are closed.
Sorry to hear but just the fact that you can post on the forum means that your accounts are not closed.
Can't understand why you're still being charged the pro plan fee if you downgraded - how did you downgrade ? - are you sure you did it correctly ?
...and as above post - you cannot just permanently close individual marketplaces. If you do not want to sell in a particular marketplace you need to make sure placed on holiday settings (inactive).
