My account has been deactivated for nearly a month now because it’s going through verification after submitting my UTR number. It really isn’t fair. Any advise on what I should do

If you’ve had no response requesting further info, and have no red flags on your account then you just need to wait. If you chase up it resets the date of your last contact and you can end up back at the bottom of the queue. I know it’s frustrating but it’s the same for everyone going through verification.

Sadly on Amazon there is a lot of ‘isn’t fair’

Judging by this forum alone there are literally dozens, probably hundreds of people applying to set up new seller accounts - these all have to be dealt with, scrutinised and every detail of the application checked and verified by a team who will be short=staffed due to the virus.
As Isabella says - Be patient and wait
