Amazon gated me out of products long after I sent in
Over night I’ve been gated by amazon on 7 lines (all toys) when my stock has been with them for weeks. I’ve been selling for 3 months now, no issues / bad feedback etc.
Is this normal? Am I know stuck with hundreds of pounds of stock I wont be able to sell?

As you may know, Amazon recently started e-mailing sellers are requesting them to apply for an approval for various products in the toys category and requiring them to submit documents, invoices and certificates, regardless of their selling history.
They are making the rules stricter and trying to ensure that genuine items are sold on their site, especially a few months before Christmas.
The only option how you can have them reactivated is by applying for an approval and providing Amazon any requested information or documents.

Thanks for the reply. I did not receive any emails about this, Is this just for Christmas and after it goes back to being ungated? IS this a regular occurrence around every year this time?
I can wait a couple of months, my stock is from retail so I wont have supplier invoices.

I have same issue. Many of my listings have been gated. Its agonising that many other sellers are still able sell the same products and Amazon have no answer to this. Amazon is run by system and the associates only understand system and not logic.

This happens every year in prep for xmas, i would assume one or some of your metrics are off?
