Improve listing quality (irrelevant attributes)

Hi all,

I keep seeing the "Improve listing quality" msg under my listing.

Attributes tagged as relevant_attributes are incomplete. Provide values for the following attribute(s):

I don't know how/if this affects our listing or ad campaign performance, but adding any of the suggested attributes won't make any sense.

We sell a dietary supplement and with the product we got 2 options : herbal supplements or blended vitamins and minerals, with either of the 2 we can choose "herbal supplements supplement (other) or blended vitamins/minerals (other), we tried both, but we still get this "Improve listing quality" msg, I can't simply pick Zinc or Cinnamon, because our product doesn't contain it and what it contains isn't on the list. I checked other listings and they all list it as herbal supplements or blended vitamins/miners, nothing else.

1) Does this Improve listing quality" msg affects our listing or ads in any way?

2) Should we simply pick some absolutely irrelevant attribute from the list to get rid of the msg?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
