I am very frustrated and harassed by amazon uk
I am a very small business person from India with limited means. I established my store few months back hoping to sell on it in future however recently when I had a look at my store there was negative balance for which I raised the request on amazon to clarify and no one replied and a week later they deducted 753.10 pounds from my card as “other charges” when I opened the third case they told me it was vat registration charges. I never asked for it and even their is no further clarification on it. when i asked for refund they refused honor my request. I have been begging to amazon to have my money back every day. That money was my 12 month saving to pay loan this Monday. I have been crying to amazon to refund my money back but no one calls or reply. They charged me for the services they never offered and harassing me. I have not even listed any product.
1st of may I raised the request to clarify the negative balance and without any clarification they deducted the amount on 7th may and even after that It took them 5 days to let me know the reason of charges. Upon asking refund they have refused to do so
The chat and E- mail support is incompetent as they keep talking with set template rather than talking as humans. Since than 1st may I had 5 open cases. Is their any phone number or email that i can reach out who can help me as it has been 14 days since I first raised the issue about negative balance.
I will not be able to survive without that money. If some one can help please connect me to right person

It would be rare for Amazon to charge Vat fees without a seller at least ticking a box somewhere. Did you get any messages about VAT services even if you decided not to move forward? If Amazon are refusing to refund then that is likely that. You could try emailing the MD’e office I suppose. You can find the address with a forum search.
