Customer deleted negative review, however order defect rate has increased
Hi,
customer accidentally put 1 star review on seller, I contacted it, he deleted, however account is at risk now as order defect rate has increased. What can I do about it? Is there any chance that support could fix it?

It can take a few days until your metrics update and reflect the defect being removed.
