Please help me understand what this means

They want a photo of the item, not nicely done as to go online, but on a table or desk, on the floor, even if lots of boxes around, to show you have the item and it is you taking the photo.
They want the box as well, so they can see the barcode on it, again, with other stuff around, you can even be in the photo holding it, etc

It has to be real photo of the product, not digital render
