Seeking advice on shipping to EU centre

Hi, This is my first time using forums,
we’ll be sending out a Pallet shipment to an EU centre soon.
Do you think we will actually save money by using the partnered carrier programe? Even with brexit and all the new rule changes?
It seems as though using a third party carrier would be a lot easier for us in terms of customs brokerage and having a reliable point of contact, but will this cost us significantly more?

Any advice would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!

We have regularly sent pallets out to Amazon warehouse in Europe but since brexit we have been told we need an import agent in each country to get our goods there now. First issue is France as we have a half truck load ( 15 pallets) sitting in Kent as we need specific paperwork to get it to the warehouses there even though we’ve done all the necessary paperwork here to export. Any ideas would be greatly welcomed. We too will be needing a customs agent therefore in France. Shame you can’t talk to anyone at Amazon. Bring back people.
