Product Policy Compliance & Account Health rating question

Our Account Health Rating shows as “At Risk” with a number of issues.

We sell used books and the majority of infringements are either related to “Suspected Intellectual Property Violations” / “Brand Name Not Authorised for Sale on Amazon” despite the books in question bearing no resemblance to any of the brand names mentioned, or “Restricted Products Policy Violations” whereby various words within the book titles fall foul of current Amazon policy. I’ve addressed each issue individually and closed/deleted each ASIN from my inventory.

My question is do these Policy Compliance issues stay on record for ever meaning that my Account Health Rating will never recover, or do they “fall off the end” after a period of time (because they have also been dealt with) allowing my Account Health Rating to recover?
